BACKGROUND: Sifton Properties reached their 100th anniversary in 2023 and they needed help celebrating this milestone with the community and staff. Sifton has been building unique communities for people to live, work and play for a century. Each stage of life can be experienced with Sifton – renting, buying a home, retirement living and leasing spaces for business.

SOLUTION: A celebratory new brand acknowledges each of life’s milestones – Rentals, Homes, Retirement and Leasing into four lively colours that are brought forth throughout the campaign and visuals. The Fresh Finds Augmented Reality Experience App was developed, encouraging the community to explore the Sifton Bog, learning about its unique geography, native plant species and the wildlife that inhabits the area.
